Alinsky Rule 5 Post 42:
Today, Democrat Senator Mazie Hirono (HI) released a statement from her Washington, D.C. office announcing a letter she received from one of her constituents on the Island of Maui alleging sexual harassment by Brett Kavanaugh.
The incident happened when Kavanaugh was in Middle School visiting Maui with a group of friends.
Hirono quoted from the letter written by her unidentified constituent:
“When I was a freshman in high school, a group of younger boys on vacation from the mainland attended one of the performances of a hula dancing club.
After one of our shows in the late 1980’s, I saw a small group of boys apparently trying to get one of the boys to do something he didn’t seem to want to do. One of the older boys handed a younger one – who I know recognize as Brett Kavanaugh – a cigarette lighter and pushed him toward me.
When he got close, he said, ‘Lift your skirt or I’ll set it on fire.’
When I did what he asked, he and all the other boys gasped, and ran away in fear.”
As an adult today, the hula dancer continues to perform, and is pictured below.
