EXCLUSIVE:  Leaked galley proof of TIME Magazine’s upcoming release of its Dead Man of 2019

A whistleblower from inside the editorial office of TIME Magazine has leaked, to this reporter, the galley proof of the publication’s soon-to-be-announced Dead Man of the Year 2019 edition.

On Saturday, October 26 last, the ISIS Leader died as a result of the raid on al-Baghdadi’s compound about 4 miles from the Turkish border near Syria’s Idlib Province.

C.A.I.R. – short for the Council on American-Islamic Relations – is protesting the role played by a Belgian Malinois military service dog in cornering the ISIS leader moments just before he blew himself up. The dog was slightly wounded.

On November 1, 2019, C.A.I.R. filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Defense Department and the Belgian Malinois – whose name has been withheld. The organization charges that deployment of the dog as a Canine Attack Dog (CAD), against an unarmed man for political purposes, was a flagrant violation of the 1949 Geneva Convention.

The case is scheduled to come before Amy Berman Jackson, a United States District Judge of the District Court for the District of Columbia, who was appointed by President Barack Obama and has supported C.A.I.R. in earlier suits against the U.S. Government.

The photo of the defendant – the Belgian Malinois – has been released (see below). Even though most members of the breed look alike, and the hero appears to be in no danger, the identity of the dog is partially masked for security purposes.
