Alan Grayson Political Bottom Dweller
September 30, 2010

We all remember Rep. Alan Grayson’s antics during the health care debate where he stated that the Republican health care plan was to “die quickly”, but now Grayson (D-FL) has sunk to a new low. Grayson’s latest campaign ad is an outrageous LIE. Grayson targets his Republican opponent Daniel Webster and twists his words making him out to be “Taliban Dan”. Take a look at the video, part of which aired on Fox News during the Hannity program, and decide for yourself.

As for Grayson, it looks like his dirty politics may have backfired because Webster has been raking in the campaign cash ever since the ad aired.

According to Real Clear Politics, Webster now has a 7 point advantage over Grayson in the latest polling results. If there is justice in the world, Grayson may soon be out of a job.

A YouTube user, finerbiner, made this comment on the first video “Grayson is wrong and you are right to point it out. Hannity does the same "out of context" editing constantly. Your failure to point that out takes away any credibility you may have had on the subject. If you want a better govt, and are not just a cheerleader for the GOP, use an even hand.” There are a few problems I see with this comment. One, the video is not about Hannity; it is about dirty politics. It does not matter if Grayson was a Republican or Democrat; our reaction would have been the same. Dirty politics is dirty politics; both parties are guilty. Secondly, “GOP cheerleader”? Really? One thing I might point out is that Tea Party backed candidates have been upsetting GOP establishment candidates all across the country in the primaries – examples like Rand Paul, Sharron Angle, Christine O’Donnell, Carl Paladino, and Joe Miller just to name a few. Calling the Tea Party “GOP cheerleaders” is laughable. Lastly, finerbiner states that Sean Hannity does the same out of context editing “constantly”, but failed to provide specific examples. Your argument would have been much more substantial if examples were provided that we could investigate. I believe your personal dislike of Hannity has clouded your judgment.

More Grayson gutter politics in this video, but the host holds Grayson to the "truth meter" and points out the deviations from the truth or in more simple terms, his lies.
