How Do I Get Started?
The first thing a CLTP Watchdog needs to do is to get to the Texas Legislature Online (TLO) website. In your internet browser, type in the address http://www.capitol.state.tx.us/ and go to the TLO homepage. The following picture shows what the website will look like:

From here is where the watchdog begins his or her work to hold their elected representatives accountable.
