Tammy Blair selected a Texas CPAC Top 10 Challenger Candidate

(Tyler, Texas) – Bullard resident, Tammy Blair earned a top spot on the coveted Texas Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC-TX) Conservative Challenger Candidates list.

One-hundred candidates across the state were nominated for the honor and were asked to complete a lengthy questionnaire and take a “Patriot Pledge” confirming their stance on conservative values and ideals.

Approximately 25,000 Texans voted in the poll and Blair’s unwavering message of conservatism earned her a place in the Top 10.

“I am honored to be among the caliber of patriots on the list. I’m also overwhelmed by the support in the grassroots movement of Texas. I have full confidence that Texan’s love of liberty can begin the process of restoring the republic for which our founders fought.”

In early 2009, Blair joined a fellow conservative to form the Tyler Tea Party. Later in 2009, Tammy took the reins as Chair of the Tyler Tea Party. Since that time, she learned about website development, social media, precinct training, and she has traveled the state meeting and networking with other conservative activists. She was trained as an instructor for “Conservative Rules for Radicals” by Michael Patrick Leahy. She is also a group leader for Ten Boom Institute’s “Principles of Liberty”. She has attended several seminars on the subjects of history, liberty and activism as well as read numerous books on American history, Government, Philosophy and Economics.

Tammy has been married to Jim Blair for 21 years and they have lived in Bullard since building a home there in 2005. They have three children: Sarah (20), James (18), and Savannah (16).
