Agenda 21 in Wood County Texas

Agenda 21 Reaches Wood County TexasFollow this bouncing ball..........keeping Agenda 21 in mind....

1.  Wood County Electric Co-op, Alliances and Partnerships  http://www.wcec.org/index.php/about-us/national-and-state-alliance/
includes "National Rural Electric Cooperatives. (NRECA)

2.  National Rural Electric Cooperatives stance on "climate change."  http://www.nreca.coop/issues/ClimateChange/Pages/default.aspx
Look, NREC has an "International Division."  (Affiliate)  Isn't that nice? http://www.nrecainternational.coop/Pages/default.aspx

3.  One of the "partners," of NREC Int'l is NRECA Intern'l Foundation
http://www.nrecainternational.coop/about/Background/Pages/default.aspx

4.  November 12, 2010, NREC Intern'l recieved a $100,000 donation from "National Cooperative Services Corporation."
http://www.cooperativefinancecorporation.org/category/electric-cooperatives/

5.  The National Cooperative Services Corporation is partner with, "Rural Utilities Service of the USDA."  http://www.ncsc.coop/content/ncsc/about_ncsc/business_associates.html

6.  Here you will find that the USDA announcing all kinds of funding for the expansion of high speed internet/broadband.  http://www.usda.gov/rus/  Did I forget to mention that Wood County Peoples Telephone Co-op received $28,825,353 in stimulus money from the ARRA (American Reinvestment and Recovery Act that cost almost a Trillion dollars) to upgrade their system for high speed?  Since when did "high speed internet" become an "agricultural" concern for the USDA?  Anyways.....

7.  Ok, this is where it starts gettiing interesting........On June 9, 2011, the Obama Administration Established the “White House Rural Council to Strengthen Rural Communities” via Executive Order. So, who is in charge of this Council? Why the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture, Tom Vilsack, of course!  He is the chairman of the council.  http://farmwars.info/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/2011ruralcouncil_eo_rel.pdf

8.  Next, we have the USDA investing $250 Million Dollars in "Smart Grid Development."
http://newsroom-magazine.com/2011/executive-branch/usda/usda-to-invest-250-mln-in-smart-grid-development/  "With funding from USDA Rural Development’s Rural Utilities Service (RUS), rural electric cooperatives are leading the way in smart grid deployments. Last year, RUS approved $7.1 billion in loans for a broad range of rural electric grid modernization, including $152 million in loans for smart meters. Smart grid infrastructure includes metering, substation automation, computer applications to monitor and control systems and processes, two-way communications, geospatial information systems, and additional system improvements.
As an ongoing example of the Obama Administration’s commitment to smart grid technologies, Vilsack announced that $106 million in electric loans USDA Rural Development is providing includes $7.4 million in smart grid technology for technologies such as load management and automatic meter reading."

9.  I could have summed this up in a short and pithy paragraph but then you wouldn't understand the tangled mess researching all this is.

10.  Because of such personal research, I also discovered how they are funding Agenda 21 in every county and city that I have researched in the state of Texas.  Believe it or not, that $250 Million they are investing is actually only the tip of the iceburg considering the "real" funding source of smart meters and associated "technology."  Quite an interesting story......but that story is for another night.
