Statement of Purpose

We the people, citizens of the United States of America, in order to perpetuate the rights our forefathers gave us in our national Constitution, for which so many of our forbearers fought and died, set forth the following declarations of intent. We demand and expect our Federal Government to adhere to the literal meaning and interpretation in total and in part of our national constitution as adopted in 1787.

We demand and expect our Federal Government pay strict and unreserved attention to the Tenth Amendment of our national constitution, in no way encroaching or amending the rights and privileges of the various and individual states comprising the union. The Federal Government is restricted totally and entirely to the rights granted it in the Federal Constitution.

We demand and expect our Federal Government to maintain a judiciary role only in our national economy, in no way entering into the economic processes as a participant and competitor with other economic entities. The role of the Federal Government is solely to protect the citizenry and the various economic entities from unfair and unrighteous actions by individuals and other members of the economic system.

We demand and expect our Federal Government to restrict its role in national programs. Those that support the needy should be temporarily utilized by those who meet strict criteria, adequately overseen to avoid unintended results such as fraud and abuse, and shall in no way infringe on the rights of the People to make choices for themselves in areas of health care, end-of-life decisions, inheritance, personal equity, and the like. In no way or manner is the Federal Government to commoditize any industry for its own profit or to the detriment of the people.

We demand and expect that the Federal Government as a whole or in any of its parts to not develop a police force independent of the traditional Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps or Coast Guard. The various state National Guards cannot be used for any purpose outside their respective states of residence unless as specifically permitted by the population of that state.

We demand and expect that there be no infringement of freedom of speech in any and all media, including the internet. No doctrine of fairness is to be used in any way to restrict the exercise of free speech and assembly.
We demand and expect the Federal Government to keep out of any attempt to legislate so-called climate change by any national regulatory act placing emissions under the control of any Federal regulatory agency not voted upon and supported by the citizenry of the United States.

We demand and expect the Federal Government to divest itself of all regulatory positions on any corporate board of any transportation business. We expect the cycles of development, expansion and expiration of outmoded practices to run its course, thus eliminating that which is outmoded by reason of new technology. The Federal Government is to play a judicial role only in protecting the development of new technology from unfair practices.

We demand and expect the Federal Government to divest itself of all participation in the executive boards of the banking industry. The role of the Federal Government is one of prosecuting corruption and practices unfair to the general public.

We demand and expect the Federal Government to support the rights of individuals to exercise their talents in a creative and imaginative manner in the manufacturing of goods and services. The role of the Federal Government is limited to judicial only—that is, to protect the individual from corrupt and immoral behavior of others who would impinge the freedom and integrity of the individual and to punish any individual who engages in corrupt and immoral behavior. The ability of the individual to use of his or her talents and abilities for the economic welfare of society and the reaping of the personal benefits from their endeavors shall in no manner be regulated.

We demand and expect the perpetrators of acts of destruction by any individual to assist the enemies of our citizens while at war with another people or nation, be tried as war criminals in a military court and justice to be administered to the extent of execution.

We demand and expect all illegal aliens to become citizens of the United States under current regulations or return to their country of origin. No illegal alien shall be given economic and social benefits by the Federal Government. Any citizen of the United States supporting and contributing to the influx of illegal aliens shall lose their United States citizenship and be prosecuted for their behavior.

We demand and expect that the Federal Government in no way impair, regulate, or register fire arms which the citizenry of these United States may have in their possession.

We demand and expect the right to exercise our Christian beliefs and practices in no way hindered by the Federal Government. There shall no laws or practices exercised which restrict this right.

To these several and essential goals, to the achievement of these goals, and the right to pass down to succeeding generations these individual and corporate rights, we pledge our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor, so help us God.
