Judy Nichols for Texas House District 21

Judy Nichols
Republican for Texas House - District 21

Judy Nichols is your Pro Life, Proven Conservative candidate for District 21.  She believes in:protecting all human life regardless of where it resides, limited government, expanded liberty, defending property rights, preserving the 2nd amendment, defending Texas borders, reducing regulations on job creators, supporting local governance, asserting our state's rights, reducing spending and acknowledging the fiduciary duty every legislator has to protect taxpayers.

A fifth generation Texan, moved to Nederland, TX in July of 1994.  After working across the country in executive capacity for three multi-national pizza corporations, Judy was finally able to achieve her goal of settling down in South East Texas permanently where she became a very successful franchisee for Papa John’s Pizza with her beloved husband Michael and three children.  They have incorporated and operate a management company and a land development company in addition to their 3 unit pizza franchise.  Judy has provided strong leadership to thousands of young adults entering the workforce and has become increasingly concerned over the last decade with the diminishing potential for their future.

After graduating from Greenville High School in Greenville, TX, Judy attended East Texas State University, now Texas A&M – Commerce, University of Kentucky – Ashland where she obtained a business degree, Lamar University and Lamar Institute of Technology school of Real Estate.  She is a licensed real estate agent and accomplished business woman.  Along with her husband they have three grown children and three grandpuppies.

Governmental encroachment and regulations coupled with continuing changes in the “rule of law” under which her businesses operate have brought her to the realization that it is time for Texans to take a more active role in their government and she is taking that action to lead the way by running for the Texas Legislature, in District 21.

Judy has served her community in many ways over the years, as a member of the Nederland Rotary Club for 15 years, where she served on their board until a surgical recovery required she retire from that service.  She was the founding board president of the Bob Hope Charter School, served as Treasurer of Communities in Schools of SETX for over a decade, served on the board of Junior Achievement as well as supporting hundreds community non profits with pizza donations  in her area.

TEAParty911.com Founder Endorses Nichols

Sulphur Springs, TX, January 16, 2014 -- TEAParty911.com Founder, Michael Kinzie, today announced his endorsement of Judy Nichols in her bid to become the next Texas State Representative for House District 21. Kinzie said of Nichols, "Judy Nichols has gained national attention because of her outspoken opposition to Obamacare and will carry that fight to the Texas House to help protect Texans from the federal overreach of this legislation. Judy is a no-nonsense conservative who will do everything she can to reduce government spending and waste, and fight to get the intrusive federal government out of the personal lives of Texans."

The first paragraph on Judy's bio on her campaign website states, "Judy Nichols is your pro-life, proven conservative candidate for District 21.  She believes in protecting all human life regardless of where it resides, limited government, expanded liberty, defending property rights, preserving the 2nd amendment, defending Texas borders, reducing regulations on job creators, supporting local governance, asserting our state's rights, reducing spending and acknowledging the fiduciary duty every legislator has to protect taxpayers."  THAT is what we need from a Representative in Texas.

Kinzie concluded his statement with, "I am proud to support Judy Nichols to be the next Representative from District 21 and I urge grassroots conservatives both inside and outside of her district to help send Judy to Austin. Conservatives have been gaining ground in Texas and electing Judy Nichols will be another win for true conservatism."
